NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a proclamation by the Governor of the State of Wisconsin, dated the 23rd day of September 2019, that on Monday, January 27, 2020, a Special Election will be held in the several towns, villages, cities, wards and election districts of the 7th Congressional District in the State of Wisconsin, consisting of those parts of Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Douglas, Florence, Forest, Iron, Jackson, Juneau, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Monroe, Oneida, Polk, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, St. Croix, Taylor, Vilas, Washburn and Wood Counties, as described in Chapter 3 of the Wisconsin Statutes, at which the following officer is to be elected:
